SHIPPING TIMES & COST

- Economy Air Shipments take approximately 7 -20 days

Costs starting from $15 USD

- DHL Express take from 4-7 days

Costs Start from $40 USD

Shipping - We use Australia Post and DHL express for our shipments.

Or if you prefer to use your own carrier we can assist you.

Wholesale Terms

New Collection or new stores require a $500 USD minimum, we believe this amount will provide each store with a well rounded selection of our designs, aiding in successful merchandising presentation of the brand, giving the brand the best chance to succeed within your store. Open to discuss if orders are close and orders can include items from existing collections. This is also helpful so we are able to effectively do productions runs on the new designs.

- There are no minimum qty's required on reorders. But we do advise best practice to purchase x 3 deep in our earrings. Our earrings especially those under $60 USD sell really well and holding stock means you can move them faster.

- All of our earring are available in a post or clip backing

- All designs must be sold and promoted under the 'Elizabeth Bower’ brand, items cannot be rebranded or repackaged or sold under a different name.

- Retail pricing must be at minimum x 2.5 the w.sale price to keep in line with our own retail pricing.

Stores agree

Will not use brand images without written permission
Will not sell on platforms not approved
Will not sell items to a third party without written approval
Cannot use/copy images from elizabethbower.com website to represent or promote for sale items not on hand or purchased for resale

Sale Terms & Order Timing

We agree

- All items are provided in gift packing with care instructions

- All crystals used in our designs are Swarovski Austrian Crystals

- All earrings are available in either a clip of post backing

- Order timing can be advised once placed, if the items in stock they can be shipped within the week. Backordered items ship in approximately 3-4 weeks.

- Payment can me made directly through the website in USD or wire transfer for orders over $1500 USD.

- All items ship from our Sydney Studio

- We don’t charge rush fees

- We try to stock most items

- Stores are responsible for shipping costs.

- We can sometimes tweak our items for your brides needs, plating colors and sash lengths.

- Any items failing, breaking due to manufacturing errors will be replaced.
